Horizon North secured 3.4 acres of land for the development of its new office in Kamloops, B.C. The building is a 27,000 sq ft modular structure comprised of 35 – 12×60 modules, two stair wells and an additional 650 sq ft store front.
The office structure houses 104 employee workstations (37 cubicles and 67 offices), six boardrooms, five washrooms and two employee shower rooms. The development also includes a 118 car, fully paved parking lot, one acre of fully landscaped perimeter, and a site managed storm drain system.
