Overview
This trio of student residences at Bryn Athyn College is a beautiful blend of old-world charm and 21st century manufacturing know-how. The college’s priority was to erect the buildings with as little noise and disruption to the campus as possible—all before the students arrived that fall.
Energy Star rated systems and smart insulation reduce operating costs and increase comfort. Faux chimneys—which are an architectural focal point—house the ADA-compliant laundry room and carry mechanicals from the basement to the third-floor suites.
Each building was erected in a single day. The doors opened on time, welcoming students to their new luxurious home away from home.
