At a Glance

The 14’ x 24’ bi-level building featured a steel stair and landing assembly, fixed windows for full viewing from above, and sliding windows below, allowing office staff to readily pass through daily paperwork to the warehouse staff.

The electrical package was designed to accommodate workstations, with optimal lighting levels, outlets and data cable outlets.

The building also had supplemental electric baseboard heating and exhaust fans for a comfortable environment.

The non-combustible NCP-1000 bi-level panel system also has engineered structural steel support between floors, with vertical steel posts designed into the wall assembly.

For maximum flexibility, the lower office area panels may be removed leaving a mezzanine type application in place should the need arise for more warehouse space.
