When a steel fabrication company consolidated two plants into one, additional office space was required for their Engineering and Production staff. NRB provided a panelized in-plant office using our NCP-1000 system.

The custom bi-level office consists of a 19’ x 24’ lower level with open office and a 19’ x 52’ upper level with four private offices, a washroom and corridor.
The panels were brought into the plant and the office building was erected and ready to go within no time. NRB also provided a steel stair assembly with handrail and landing.
To accommodate the customer’s request to connect the new in-plant office with an existing office on the other side of a block wall in the plant – NRB created an opening in the concrete block wall allowing for easy access between offices.
